Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Fabrication Estimator mobile application ("App") operated by Enchant Design ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Fabrication Estimator provides tools for construction fabrication estimation, material ordering, community interaction, and business networking. The App includes:

Estimation calculators for aluminum, stainless steel, glass, and railing fabrication
Material ordering system
Community features (posts, comments, chat, job board, marketplace)
Partner directory and search
Field notes and reference tools

3. User Accounts

You must sign in using a valid Google or Kakao account to access full features
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must provide accurate and complete information
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or illegal
Impersonate another person or entity
Use the App for spam, fraud, or unauthorized commercial purposes
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
Scrape, mine, or extract data from the App without permission
Post false or misleading job listings or marketplace items

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you create (posts, comments, field notes, estimates)
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the App
We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice
Users can report inappropriate content through the in-app report feature

6. In-App Purchases

The App offers coins and premium features for purchase through Google Play
All purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to Google Play's terms
Coins are used for premium features such as approval drawings, partner registration, ad removal, and monthly passes
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy

7. Estimates and Calculations

The estimation tools provide approximate calculations based on available pricing data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of estimates. Users should verify all calculations independently before making business decisions. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from reliance on the App's estimates.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enchant Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
