Ttakji — Account & Data Deletion
딱지치기(Ttakji) 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 두 가지 방법 중 하나를 이용하세요.You can request deletion of your Ttakji account and associated data using either method below.
방법 1 · 앱에서 직접 삭제 (App)
앱 실행 → 우측 상단 메뉴 → 설정 → "계정 삭제" → 확인.
Open the app → top-right menu → Settings → "Delete account" → confirm.
삭제는 즉시 처리되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
방법 2 · 이메일 요청 (Email)
앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 아래로 요청해 주세요.

삭제되는 데이터 · What Is Deleted
- 계정(로그인 정보) 및 프로필
- 코인·지갑, 보유 딱지·강화·저장(세이브)
- 전적, 클랜 소속, 친구 관계(보낸·받은 친구 요청 포함), 편지함
- 이용자가 작성한 전체·클랜 채팅 메시지
- 홈페이지·앱에서 보낸 문의 내용과 답변
- 홈페이지 운영자 웹채팅 대화(이름·이메일·프로필 사진·메시지)
- 기기 무결성 기록(모델·OS·상태 플래그)과 부정 이용 감지 로그
- 이용 정지 기록(정지 상태였던 경우)
- 푸시 알림 토큰, 채팅 상태·세션 등 관련 데이터
- 시즌 순위 기록에 남은 이름·식별자는 익명 처리(이름 제거)
Your account and profile, coins/wallet, tiles and saves, records, clan membership, friends (including pending requests), mailbox, your global/clan chat messages, contact-form inquiries and replies, support web-chat conversation, device-integrity record and abuse-detection logs, suspension record, push token, and related session data. Your entries in past season leaderboards are anonymized (name removed).
보존되는 데이터 · What Is Retained
결제(구매) 내역은 「전자상거래법」에 따라 5년, 신고 기록·제재 이력은 부정행위 대응 목적으로 1년 동안 최소한으로 보존된 뒤 파기됩니다. 오류(크래시) 로그는 Firebase Crashlytics 보존 기간(최대 90일) 후 자동 삭제됩니다. 홈페이지 방문 로그(IP·브라우저 정보)는 계정과 연결되지 않은 형태로 30일 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
Purchase records are retained for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law; abuse reports and sanction history for 1 year for fraud prevention; crash logs expire per Crashlytics retention (up to 90 days); website visit logs (IP/browser) are auto-deleted after 30 days.
