딱지치기(이하 "본 앱")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 수집·이용·보관·파기합니다.Ttakji ("the App") values your privacy and collects, uses, stores, and deletes information as described below.

Account info (name, email, photo, UID via Google Sign-In; anonymous UID for guests), game data, user-generated content (chat, stickers, clan names, reports), purchase history (order id and Google Play purchase tokens; no payment-method data), device/technical data (app version, device model/OS, crash logs, Firebase installation id, push token), device-integrity data (model, manufacturer, SDK, app version, country and flags: developer options, USB debugging, root, emulator, debug build, signature mismatch — latest record per account plus detection logs when suspicious), approximate country derived only from device locale / SIM country, contact-form data (name, reply email, category, subject, message), support web chat (Google name, email, photo, messages, presence), and website logs (IP address, User-Agent, path, referrer, language, timezone, time, UID if signed in) plus DevTools-detection logs (screen/viewport size, canvas/WebGL-based device fingerprint hash, detection reason) used solely for abuse prevention.
To provide gameplay (live matches, ranking, seasons, clans, friends, chat, mailbox), manage accounts and cross-device saves, process and verify purchases, send push notifications (can be disabled in Settings), keep the service stable (crash reports, device-integrity checks), and prevent abuse (profanity filter, reports).

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Hosting, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, App Check with Google Play Integrity) and Google Play Billing. We do not display ads, do not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
이용자 데이터는 계정이 유지되는 동안 보관되며, 계정 삭제 시 지체 없이 파기됩니다. 계정 삭제 시 프로필, 지갑·세이브, 전적, 친구·클랜 관계, 편지함, 이용자가 작성한 채팅 메시지, 푸시 토큰, 로그인 정보가 삭제되고, 시즌 순위 기록에 남은 이름·식별자는 익명 처리됩니다.
다만 아래 정보는 관련 법령 또는 부정행위 대응을 위해 별도 보관 후 파기합니다.
devices): 계정이 유지되는 동안 최신 1건만 보관, 계정 삭제 시 삭제. 의심 감지 기록(devopens): 90일 후 자동 삭제(계정 삭제 시 즉시 삭제).파기 방법: 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제합니다. 종이 문서는 보유하지 않습니다.
삭제 방법: 앱 내 설정 → 계정 삭제, 또는 계정 삭제 안내 페이지 참고.
Data is retained while your account exists and deleted without delay when you delete your account (profile, wallet/saves, records, friends/clan, mailbox, your chat messages, push token, sign-in data; season leaderboard entries are anonymized). Exceptions: purchase records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law; abuse reports and sanction history for 1 year; crash logs expire per Crashlytics retention (up to 90 days); global chat is auto-deleted 7 days after posting; device-integrity record for the life of the account (detection logs 90 days); contact-form inquiries 1 year or until account deletion; support web chat 30 days after the operator archives it; website visit logs 30 days and DevTools-detection logs 90 days. Delete via in-app Settings → Delete account or the account deletion page.
이용자(법정대리인 포함)는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
요청은 이메일로 접수하며, 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 조치합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 정보는 삭제 요청이 제한될 수 있으며 그 사유를 안내합니다.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing at any time via the app or by email; we act without undue delay after identity verification.
앱 동작을 위해 아래 식별자가 자동으로 생성됩니다.
홈페이지(enchantdesignapp.com/ttakji)는 추적용 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 브라우저 저장소(localStorage·sessionStorage)에 선택한 언어, 탭 단위 세션 ID, 감지 우회 설정만 저장하며 이는 서버로 개인을 추적하는 데 쓰이지 않습니다. Google 로그인 시 Firebase Authentication이 로그인 유지를 위한 저장소를 사용합니다.
홈페이지 접속 시 IP 주소와 브라우저 정보가 서버 로그에 저장됩니다(제1조 방문 로그·감지 로그, 보유 기간 제4조). 브라우저의 "추적 안 함(Do Not Track)" 신호는 현재 별도로 처리하지 않습니다. 광고 식별자(ADID)는 수집하지 않습니다.
Firebase installation id (for Crashlytics/push), push token (removed on sign-out/deletion), and short-lived Play Integrity tokens are generated automatically. The website uses no tracking cookies; localStorage/sessionStorage hold only the selected language, a per-tab session id and a detection-bypass flag, and Firebase Authentication keeps you signed in. Website visits are logged with IP address and browser information (see Sections 1 and 4). Do-Not-Track signals are not currently honored. The advertising ID is not collected.
TLS in transit, rule-based access control with server-only mutation of sensitive data, App Check (Play Integrity), device backup disabled, and least-privilege operator access with 2-step verification.
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만임이 확인되면 지체 없이 해당 정보를 삭제합니다. 대한민국 외 지역에서는 해당 국가 법령이 정한 연령(예: 13세) 기준을 따릅니다.
The App is not directed to children under 14 (Korea) or the applicable minimum age in your country (e.g., 13), and does not knowingly collect their data; such data is deleted promptly upon discovery.
데이터는 Google LLC가 운영하는 해외 서버(미국·아시아 리전 등)에 저장·처리될 수 있습니다. 이전 항목은 제1조의 정보이며, 이전 목적은 제2조의 서비스 제공입니다. Google은 계약에 따라 개인정보를 보호할 의무를 집니다.
Data may be stored and processed on Google servers located outside your country (e.g., US and Asia regions) under Google's data-processing terms.
개인정보 관련 문의, 불만 처리, 피해 구제 요청은 위 연락처로 접수하며 지체 없이 답변합니다.
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고나 상담이 필요한 경우 아래 기관에 문의할 수 있습니다.
Korean residents may contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (118), the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972), the Prosecution Service (1301), or the National Police Agency (182).
본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 시행일 7일 전부터 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 내 공지로도 안내합니다.
